The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and coach a team of sales representatives, while also actively participating in sales activity to set standards. You will be responsible for driving sales results, upholding company standards, and contributing to the development of a high-performing, positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple different campaigns
Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets are consistently achieved
Deliver training, coaching and performance reviews to support staff development
Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity
Manage daily operations, reporting, and team motivation strategies
Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve processes

Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or management (face-to-face sales preferred)
