The Opportunity



We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations. This is a key leadership role, driving growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism in a highly regulated industry. What You'll Do



Develop & Execute Sales Strategies:

Create and implement sales plans that deliver on company growth targets.

Lead the Team:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, clubs, and industry partners.

Stay Compliant:

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in

sales management

, preferably in firearms, outdoor recreation, or a related retail/wholesale sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Sound understanding of

firearms and airgun regulations
