We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic goal orientated experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record in sales and at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will not only drive their own sales performance but also take on a leadership role, guiding and motivating a team of office-based sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets. This is an office-based position some travel required, based in Norwich
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and close deals to meet personal and team sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of office-based sales representatives, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and processes to maximize results.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with management to forecast sales, set targets, and report on performance.
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff.
Promote a positive, high-energy sales environment focused on success and teamwork.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a sales team successfully.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Results-driven with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
