We are working on behalf of a well-established, growing organisation that is seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive sales performance and contribute to strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Group Head of Sales & Commercial and working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of B2B sales professionals. You'll oversee pipeline management, target setting, and conversion strategies to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the existing sales team to meet and exceed targets
Monitor sales statistics and identify growth opportunities
Manage pipeline performance and ensure alignment with sales forecasts
Work with leadership to design and execute strategic sales plans
Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive sales and brand strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B sales
At least 3 years in a sales management role
Proven ability to implement and drive successful sales structures
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
High proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
