Job Description

CK-Tech Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic sales team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by creating opportunities and finding new business, while also maintaining our valued existing customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial part in identifying and securing new business opportunities to help us thrive and grow.

Overview of the Role:
As a Sales Manager at CK-Tech Ltd, you will drive market share growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess industry knowledge and have a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain a sales strategy document, providing concise sales reports.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Plan, research, and execute potential sales opportunities to drive market share growth.
- Travel to potential and existing customers to present our diverse offerings.
- Consistently achieve and surpass set sales goals and targets.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales track record with at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Proactive approach with a drive to push sales forward.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Organised and methodical in creating and pursuing sales opportunities.

Pay: 48,000.00-50,000.00 per year
