Overview



We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts with a focus on

client acquisition and product registration

. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and actively driving the expansion of our customer base -- specifically by promoting and registering new clients to our

care documentation software

.

This role requires a proactive approach to selling, strong relationship-building skills, and a clear understanding of the healthcare or care services industry. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Product Registration



Identify, engage, and convert new

clients in the care sector

to use our

care documentation software

. Develop a deep understanding of the product's features and benefits to effectively communicate its value to prospective customers. Organise and deliver

product demos

, walkthroughs, and onboarding sessions tailored to client needs.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Design and execute

strategic sales plans

to meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and software registration. Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies to respond to market trends, competitor actions, and performance data.

Relationship Management



Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales and onboarding journey. Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, providing excellent support and ensuring satisfaction with our software.

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a performance-driven culture. Conduct regular training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Reporting & Analysis



Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and client registration progress. Use CRM and data tools to maintain up-to-date records of all prospects and clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration



Work closely with the

marketing team

to align campaigns with sales objectives and generate qualified leads. Coordinate with

product and customer support teams

to provide feedback and ensure a seamless client experience from interest to full onboarding.

Requirements



Proven experience in a

sales leadership role

, ideally within the

care services, healthcare, or software

industries. Demonstrated success in

client acquisition

and onboarding clients to digital platforms or software tools. Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Strong understanding of

sales processes, CRM systems

, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence without authority. Experience in

software sales

or familiarity with

care documentation systems

is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in

Business, Sales, Marketing

, or a related field.
