Are you an accomplished sales professional with a passion for building lasting client relationships and a desire to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing business? We're looking to strengthen our leadership team by welcoming a commercially driven, high-performing individual to our 25 million Print & Mailing Division.

About the Role



This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader with ambitions to take the next step into a future Sales Director position. You will be instrumental in driving business growth by winning new accounts and developing strategic partnerships with major blue-chip clients.

You'll join a compact, agile sales team where your influence will extend beyond sales. You'll have direct input into marketing strategy, business development initiatives, bid management, new product innovation, and the overall strategic direction of the division.

We're seeking a results-oriented individual who can demonstrate:

A strong track record of delivering sales growth and securing high-value contracts, particularly with blue-chip organisations A deep understanding of how direct mail solutions can enhance client engagement and add measurable value Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills, paired with commercial acumen and a hunger to succeed A collaborative mindset and a passion for contributing to wider business strategy

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
