Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Experience
IT, MSP, Telecom Sales experience ( MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on insights.
Experience in leading teams with a track record of achieving sales targets.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
