Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven:

Sales Manager

(Part-time, flexible working hours, and Remote with 1 day in-office)

multi-award-winning children's theatre school

, Steppin Out Stars of Tomorrow. This flexible and rewarding role is perfect for someone passionate about working with families and supporting performing arts education. You'll be an integral part of our growth, helping us reach more young performers across the region.

This position requires 10 hours per week across

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

, with

Wednesdays off

. The role is primarily remote, with

1 day per week in-office

(location provided upon application). Full training on systems and processes will be provided.

Start Date:

1st September 2025

Pay:

13 per hour basic

Duties

Calling potential leads and current database Flyering Working on stalls and fayes during peak season Some calls may need to be made in the servings to get hold of customers Working with a CRM & Database with full training

Skills

Confident and clear communicator with a warm, personable approach. Strong organisation and time management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by targets. Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians over the phone. Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (CRM/database experience is a bonus). Previous sales or outreach experience preferred, but not essential--full training will be provided.
