Job Description

Are you a results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in complex technical solutions? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our client's customer base across the UK. This is a remote role with significant travel for a Specialist RF, microelectronics and business developing NextGen radar and communications components and sub-systems across the Defence, Space, Wireless/Telecom, or Industrial sectors.

In this role, you will be pivotal in exceeding sales targets for your assigned territory. You'll achieve this by actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships, particularly within the Aerospace & Defence, Space, Wireless/Telecom, and Industrial sectors. A core part of your responsibility will involve leading strategic Go-to-Market initiatives, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and sustained long-term business growth. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, accurately assess their needs, and collaborate closely with our product line teams to successfully capture new business.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned UK territory. Drive new Design Wins and expand opportunities with existing customers. Lead Go-to-Market strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Essential Requirements of the Sales Manager



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Proven Sales Management experience in complex solution sales of related technology. Experience in Defence, Space, Wireless/Telecom, or Industrial sectors. Sales experience with RF/Microwave applications. Ability to travel a minimum of 50%. SC cleared or ability to obtain clearance. Strong technical acumen and communication skills. Excellent follow-up and ability to work independently.

Salary & Benefits:



70,000 per annum Opportunity to earn an additional On-Target-Earnings (OTE) of 30% of base salary via a Sales Incentive Plan. 9-Day working fortnight Fully remote role working with flexible start/finish times 25 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays Private Healthcare (BUPA) Salary exchanged pension scheme with enhanced company contribution (6% employer contribution) Life assurance Plus other benefits
