is the financial services division of a fast-growing group of five specialist businesses. Since 2017, we've grown to over 40 members of staff, delivering expert bookkeeping, Umbrella payroll, CIS accounting, and outsourced payroll services. We support recruitment agencies and self-employed contractors across the UK, helping them stay compliant and get paid on time.

The Role

We're seeking a hunter-style sales professional with proven experience in Umbrella & CIS payroll, contractor recruitment, and B2B sales.

In this new business role, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and win clients. You'll promote

Carter Bond

's fully compliant Umbrella, CIS, and outsourced payroll services, known for fast setup and reliable payments.

You'll also help build our brand and position

Carter Bond

as a trusted partner for agencies and contractors nationwide.
