For its plant in Morecambe (UK), GVS is looking for a

Sales Manager Healthcare UK market,

reporting to Healthcare & Life Sciences Division Sales Director EMEAI.

Core activities:



Develop / implement a customer account plan to achieve orders, revenue and margin projections. Identifying and establishing new business with local manufacturer and Hospital Market. Drive sales of new products and applications. Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers. Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage while creating value for new and existing customers. Develop and implement the commercial strategy. Understanding customer preferences and anticipating needs/trends. Develop /maintain "sales funnel" management and discipline within CRM system. Create monthly reports & weekly MOM for customers visit. Provide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success. Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement account plans that drive results. Leverage knowledge of competition to influence business plans. Request to participate to marketing and sales events (exhibition, training, meeting).

Job Qualifications:



Master's Degree in Engineering / Economics fields. (desirable) Knowledge of business filtration and / or Healthcare industry would be a plus. Prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills and Attitudes:



Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify and evaluate hypotheses and reach conclusions independently, to solve problems. Skill in teamwork and in an organizational context. Ability to deal with tasks and projects of different complexity at the same time. Result-oriented, work experience in B2B and B2C environments. Autonomy and entrepreneurship.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
