We are now looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a true hunter mentality to spearhead growth in the South of England - specifically London and surrounding areas.

We want someone who thrives on chasing opportunities, winning new business, and converting prospects into long-term clients - while also strengthening relationships with our existing key accounts. Keep sales activities, pipeline progress and client interactions up to date in our CRM system.

About You

Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of consistently hitting or beating targets. Experience selling into the construction sector is highly advantageous. A natural "hunter" with strong business development skills and the drive to open new doors. Excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter with strong influencing skills. Able to quickly build rapport and credibility with decision-makers. Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient. Organised and led by initiative, with disciplined use of CRM tools. Able to build teams and pull people together within the business to help win large orders.

What We Offer

The opportunity to play a key role in a thriving, ambitious company with significant growth plans. Competitive salary plus a generous, performance-driven commission structure.
