We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, set targets, and ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goal
Duties
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
Develop sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
Accompany sales executives in the field to provide coaching and support.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.
Motivate and encourage the team to achieve high performance.

Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably door-to-door).
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to train and motivate a sales team.
Goal-oriented and highly driven.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
