Job Description
Shaws Fine Meats is a growing family-run business with a proud reputation for quality and service. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our existing sales team selling meat to catering and hospitality sectors throughout Scotland.

The Role:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers. Drive sales growth across catering and hospitality channels. Identify opportunities for new business and market expansion. Work closely with our existing sales team to ensure excellent customer service. Report on sales performance.
About You:
Proven experience in butchery or food sales essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, results-driven approach. Ability to manage accounts while developing new business
