Responsibilities: Prospect & engage potential members via walk-ins calls, & events. Present tailored membership options oversee onboarding, & deliver excellent service. Build strong relationships resolve concerns & enhance member experiences. Exceed monthly sales targets & support gym growth. Assist with marketing campaigns & collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment. Qualifications: Proven sales experience (fitness industry preferred) strong communication skills, adaptability & a customer-first mindset. Competitive salary and commission structure
