Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy and help drive growth.
Key
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for key ceramic raw materials (e.g. wet or dry ground calcium phosphate, bone china body clays, bone china granulate)
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the ceramic manufacturing sector
Identify and penetrate new markets both locally and internationally
Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure product quality and alignment with customer needs
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with managers, R&D teams, and production heads
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback, negotiating with current & new suppliers
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the ceramic or industrial raw materials industry
Technical knowledge of ceramic production processes and material requirements would be an advantage
Established network within ceramic manufacturing sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as required (domestically and/or internationally)
