About Us
We're a small, family-run business specialising in the production of self-adhesive labels, using digital and flexographic printing for short to medium print runs. We've built strong relationships by offering a reliable service, quick turnaround times, and practical labelling solutions for customers across industries such as food and drink, cosmetics, and manufacturing.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help bring in new leads, build relationships, and open up new revenue streams. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a small team and wants to make a real impact.
The Role
As Sales Manager, your main focus will be developing new business leads and strategy and building long-term customer relationships. You'll be the face of the company when it comes to finding and engaging new clients, introducing them to our range of label products, and helping them understand how we can meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Promote our core offering: digital and flexo-printed self-adhesive labels
Build relationships with customers across key sectors
Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and networking events
Work closely with the Customer Services team to understand target business areas and ensure smooth handovers
Keep track of sales activity using simple tools or CRM software
Report on sales progress to the company directors
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in labels, packaging, or manufacturing
Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
A self-starter who's comfortable working independently
Organised, reliable, and motivated to help a small business grow
UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide for meetings
