to lead our growth in the framed wall art and print sector - bringing beautiful, curated pieces into homes, offices, and commercial spaces across the UK.

With a loyal customer base and expanding product range, we're ready to scale - and we need a sales leader to help us do it.

Your Role

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue, expanding our client base, and shaping our sales strategy. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver tailored solutions for retail, hospitality, corporate, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow B2B and B2C channels Build relationships with interior designers, retailers, and corporate clients Identify new market opportunities and partnerships Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance metrics Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals Provide feedback to product development based on client needs

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, ideally within interiors, design, or retail Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Passion for art, design, and visual aesthetics Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting Ability to travel for client meetings and events
