Fresh Motors is a multi-award-winning car and van dealership in Watton, Norfolk, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a new role as Sales Manager in our modern premises and showroom.

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager who is ready to make an immediate impact, leading our sales department to new heights. You will be responsible for motivating, managing, and developing our sales executives, while ensuring customer service excellence and driving vehicle and product sales.

The role will suit someone with strong management skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets. Sell vehicles, finance, and add-on products, setting the standard for your team. Drive sales of vehicles, finance, and add-on products to maximise profit and penetration. Implement effective sales processes, follow-ups, and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and take action to ensure consistent results. Coach, train, and develop sales executives to perform at their best. Work closely with the Directors to deliver strong sales growth and market share expansion.

What we're looking for:



Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales role with a strong track record of hitting targets. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to push performance. Commercially astute, with an eye for maximising every sales opportunity. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills. A proactive, competitive, and professional individual with a customer-first mindset. Full UK driving licence required.
