Datchet & Eton Leisure is seeking a confident, target-driven
Full-Time Sales Manager
to lead our
membership and camp sales strategy
. You'll be the face of our front-of-house team, driving new business while supporting our community-focused mission.
This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on hitting (or smashing) goals, is excited by daily interaction with potential members, and has the confidence to lead, inspire, and convert.
Key Responsibilities
Hit and exceed monthly
membership and camp sales targets
Manage all inbound enquiries: phone, walk-ins, emails, and web leads
Deliver high-converting
facility tours, consultations, and onboarding
Generate outbound sales leads through community and local outreach
Collaborate with Marketing Team on campaign design and lead-gen activity
Grow
camp and community programme
bookings
Manage, lead, and develop a small
front-of-house/admin team
Handle weekly
open/close management shifts to meet the needs of the business
Ensure a high-quality, consistent customer journey
Provide regular sales reporting to management
What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
(fitness/leisure/service sector preferred)
Strong communication and
conversion skills
Experience working to KPIs and sales targets
A proactive, motivated, and self-starting approach
Ability to lead and coach others effectively
Organisational skills and confidence using CRM systems
Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some evenings or weekends
Bonus:
