What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with Key Accounts across tobacconist and specialist vape segments.
Drive monthly
Sales Out & Revenue Targets
, consistently exceeding expectations.
Travel to Italy
to meet clients and attend expos, representing the brand with professionalism.
Keep inventory levels healthy and ensure seamless order management.
Gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement growth plans for existing accounts.
Respond promptly to inbound leads within SLA timeframes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal platforms.
Create clear, high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
Fluent Italian and strong written and spoken English.
Proven experience in Sales and Account Management.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
MS Office skills (Excel in particular) and CRM experience.
A passion for selling.
Confidence in verbal and face-to-face interactions.
A self-driven, ambitious attitude with a hunger to grow.
Full UK driving licence and valid passport.
Experience growing B2B accounts.
Knowledge of the vape market and operations (preferable).
