Key Responsibilities:
Win new instructions and effectively promote properties
Conduct property valuations and convert leads into listings
Manage and progress property sales from start to finish
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Represent the company professionally at all times
Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets
Person Specification:
Proven experience selling residential properties in Sussex/Surrey with a reputable brand
Either already valuing or ready to progress into a valuation role
Strong closing ability and confident negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Ambitious and looking to progress within a growing company
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of residential property sales experience
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
