The Role
We are seeking a commercially astute Sales & Marketing Director to lead integrated growth strategies across sales, account management, and marketing. This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic operator who thrives in high-accountability environments and knows how to balance tactical execution with long-term strategy.
This individual will be responsible for:
o ????Driving net revenue growth and pipeline opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
o ????Define and communicate a unified commercial vision
o ????Set and deliver annual revenue, pipeline, and brand KPIs
o ????Integrate product, support, and service into go-to-market plans
Sales Management
o ????Oversee new business and account management functions
o ????Implement forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance tracking
o ????Ensure data integrity and pipeline transparency
Marketing Execution
o ????Own the marketing budget and campaign calendar
o ????Lead digital, content, PR, events, and sponsorship initiatives
o ????Refine brand messaging and collateral in collaboration with Product
Customer Engagement
o ????Develop key account strategies and upsell frameworks
o ????Standardise account plans and service protocols
o ????Maintain high satisfaction and retention across top-tier clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
o ????Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations
o ????Provide market intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning
Team Development
o ????Recruit, coach, and retain top commercial talent
o ????Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth
Financial & Executive Reporting
o ????Own OpEx and marketing ROI metrics
o ????Present performance insights to the Executive Team
o ????Contribute to bi-weekly senior leadership forums
As the Sales & Marketing Director you'll possess a:
