37.5hrs/week Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
The Role:
To plan and deliver a range of creative and integrated sales & marketing activities and campaigns, that will drive an increase in sales and generate additional business income.
Role Purpose:
To know who our existing and potential customers are, understand what will motivate them to continue to buy from us and use this understanding to drive sales and increases in income.
The Person:
We are seeking a passionate individual with extensive experience of planning and delivering sales & marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have delivered creative marketing campaigns across social media, print, and digital channels to drive income. They will also be well versed in capturing and creating content (blogs, vlogs, graphics, videography & photography) to increase business.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and deliver digital marketing and sales activities and campaigns working with the Company's Marketing Director and Sales Director, which drive business income.
Ensure that email marketing, online advertising, social media and website content, supporting SEM & SEO are all integrated into deliverables for each campaign.
To ensure clear messaging to customers and inspire them to buy the Company's products.
Develop systems for effective data tracking, evaluation and analytics.
Monitor Sales 'drop off' regularly for top spending customers and take a proactive approach to business retention.
Make OUTBOUND Sales calls to retain current & generate new and business
