Job Description

Albion House Hotel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to attract guests, increase occupancy, and maximise revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality marketing, and a proven track record in sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, rooms, restaurant, services, and special events.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners.

Create and manage content across marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and the hotel website.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

Plan and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Work closely with other departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping) to ensure cohesive branding and guest satisfaction.

Manage online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback on travel and booking platforms.

Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketing channels.

Conduct regular audits of marketing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for optimization.

Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.

Support marketing attribution efforts by analysing lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

MUST HAVE



Previous experience in hotel marketing and/or sales, or experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 150.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
