Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is crucial in driving business growth through effective B2C sales tactics and innovative marketing campaigns. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Manage the upsells across our network of Bars ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets. tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships & expectations, and analysing sales data to inform strategic decisions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness for senior management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in a role within sales or marketing, preferably in a B2C environment. Extremely focused and Self motivated. This role is faced paced and will not be suitable for anybody with a low attention span Strong understanding of Excel or Apple based systems for managing customer interactions and analysing data. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making. Demonstrated abilities with experience in telephone calling and emailing customers ensuring achieving collective goals. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on results.
