Sales & Marketing Manager
who can
lead, coach, and consistently "get it done."
Your mission: grow revenue, sharpen KPIs, and refine the systems that move every project smoothly from lead generation to finished frame.

who's managed a small sales team, set clear targets, and holds people accountable with weekly action plans.

who enjoys improving processes--HubSpot workflows, task cadences, follow-up templates--that make the funnel faster and cleaner.

who develops, tracks, and coaches to metrics (conversion, response time, data hygiene) so everyone knows what "winning" looks like.
Customer-service fixer
who captures feedback when something goes wrong, adjusts the playbook, and makes sure we don't repeat mistakes.
Positive communicator
who's clear, upbeat, and honest--whether coaching reps, wrangling agencies, or updating Ops on tight build schedules.
Time & resource manager
who can juggle ad budgets, delivery slots, and people's capacity without dropping the ball.
Commercial thinker
comfortable balancing margin, ad spend, and production constraints to hit quota.
Industry background:
oak-frame experience
not required
; construction or home-improvement knowledge is a plus.
The Role -- What "Getting It Done" Looks Like
Drive sales & accountability:
Forecast weekly, keep a 3-month pipeline ? 3x quota, and guide three Sales Execs to team goals.
Build & refine systems:
Audit current HubSpot processes, close gaps, and roll out scalable playbooks.
Develop KPIs & action plans:
Create scorecards for response time, SQL quality, and closed-won conversion; run weekly reviews and set concrete next steps.
Coach, recruit, and grow the team:
Daily stand-ups, call shadowing, monthly 1-to-1s; hire and ramp new reps as volume grows.
Manage partners & demand gen:
Brief agencies, approve creative, and keep Meta/Google, email nurture, and trade-show calendars on track.
Own the customer feedback loop:
Feed insights back to Design/Ops so we avoid repeat issues and move each "cube" smoothly through production.
