- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build strong relationships with clients

- Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients
- Previous experience as a sales negotiator or in a similar role, preferably within the estate agency sector
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex situations
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
