This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional with 1-2 years sales negotiator experience. Join this small friendly sales team, within a well established, independent agency.
You will be :

• Handling sales from start to finish, from initial enquiries to completion.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating the best possible deals for clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to keep the process running smoothly.
• Keeping up to date with the local property market, providing accurate advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency. (approx 1-2 years)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
