Pear Recruitment - Sales Negotiator - Winchmore Hill
Salary - 20,000-25,000, OTE 40,000-50,000
Working Hours - 5 day week, 1 day off during week
Our client, based in Winchmore Hill, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their established and highly regarded team.
With over 30 years of experience in the local property market, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering a comprehensive service that is both professional and personable. They pride themselves on offering tailored, high-quality advice to every client, drawing on the extensive knowledge and expertise within their dedicated sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven Sales Negotiator who is looking to further their career within a respected, community-focused agency.
Key duties and skills include:

Arranging and attending viewings

Negotiating on all sales

Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)

Managing own diary

Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities

Supporting Branch Manager and team

Professional and motivated

Driven and personable

Great communication skills/customer care

Person Specification:

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

A strong customer focus

Desire to meet and exceed targets

High accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
