Experienced Sales Negotiator
Wellington, Somerset.
OTE: 35,000 - 40,000
Are you an ambitious and experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a dynamic independent agency with fantastic progression opportunities?
Our client is a highly regarded multi-branch independent network with a strong reputation across the South West. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join the busy Wellington branch.
This role offers the chance to work closely alongside Directors on a day-to-day basis, gaining direct mentorship and career development in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in residential sales with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication ability
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the Wellington / South West market (advantageous)
• A confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing:

• Registering applicants, matching them to properties, and arranging viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Building strong, long-term relationships with buyers and vendors
• Assisting with valuations and supporting instructions growth
• Working collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver excellent result
