Salary: Basic up to 27,000 (Guaranteed for Year One) | OTE 45,000-50,000
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from initial offer through to completion, delivering a seamless, first-class experience for every client
• Conduct engaging property viewings and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
• Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure targets are met and clients receive the best possible outcome

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales or target-driven environment
• Strong people skills - confident, approachable, and enthusiastic
• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to appointments
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A resilient, motivated, and adaptable approach to challenges
