The Role

This is a hands-on, people-first position where your local knowledge and sales instinct come together. You'll:

Carry out accurate property valuations and market appraisals Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties Manage sales progression and deliver a standout service from start to finish Act as a brand ambassador - in valuing, selling, and beyond

About You

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Valuer A keen eye for detail and a strong local market understanding Great communication and negotiation skills A proactive, target-driven mindset A full UK driving licence
