Sales Office Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales team based at our Toomebridge site

Duties to include:



- Converting quotes to orders upon receipt of signed order

- Preparing and issuing order acknowledgements

- Liaising with engineering and the sales representative to ensure the specification is correct

- Chasing up missing information from the customer/end user/sales rep

- Ensuring all order information is kept up to date

- Liaising with the customer and outside agencies to ensure signwriting layouts are prepared and agreed in a timely manner

- Ensuring the customer is updated with the progress of their trailers, preparing schedules on a weekly basis where necessary

- Assisting with customer visits

- Filing and archiving of order files as needed

- Any other admin duties as required

- Loading quotes when needed

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

Competent in the MS Office package

Confident on the telephone and have excellent communication skills

Have a keen eye for detail

Be a team player and have a high level of dedication

Must have excellent multitasking and organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
