Narmis Group Ltd is seeking a motivated and professional

Sales & Office Administrator

to support business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a varied role suited to a driven individual who enjoys winning new work, meeting clients face-to-face, and keeping organised behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will represent

Narmis Boilers

to a high standard, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in converting enquiries into completed work.

Key Responsibilities



Attend appointments and meet prospective and existing clients on-site Promote Narmis Boilers' services professionally and confidently Identify opportunities, follow up leads, and actively win new work Build and maintain strong client relationships Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude with a hunger for success Handle general office administration duties Manage enquiries via phone and email Prepare quotes, documents, and correspondence Maintain accurate records and client information Support scheduling, planning, and internal coordination
Skills & Experience Required

Proven sales ability or strong potential with a desire to succeed Confident, well-presented, and professional at all times Excellent spoken and written English Strong computer literacy (email, documents, basic systems) Highly organised with good time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable working both in the office and out meeting clients Must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
