We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills to manage a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth management of customers order processing. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including administrative support and sales administration.
Manage Customers Order processing
Effective communication with team
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain and update records using CRM software and Sage for accurate data management.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Foster a positive office environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Experience
Proven administrative experience in an office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, software is required.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Demonstrated organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is advantageous.
