We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our grocery products, expanding our client base, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate must be fluent in
Malayalam
to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and business partners from Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and wholesalers.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Present and promote grocery products to potential and existing customers.
Manage customer orders, invoicing, and timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote the brand.
Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in grocery/FMCG/food import industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in
Malayalam
(mandatory) and English; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
Strong knowledge of Indian groceries and food culture, particularly Kerala products.
