DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support customer relationships
Support customer enquiries and requirements
Send out marketing material to qualified sales prospects
Ensure Sales team are responsive to new customer opportunities
Help track opportunity progress and the sales process
Invoice and Payments management for clients
Track service delivery by the Technical Team and ensure billing is accurate
Manage supplier payments
Manage office expenditure and bookkeeping
Track Payroll and ensure smooth operation
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High level of education, including literacy and numeracy
Sales Administration experience is an advantage
Office Administration experience is an advantage
Experience of using a customer management platform (CRM)
Experience of Quickbooks Online an advantage
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
2+ years of Sales / Office Admin experience
Communication skills essential, both verbal and written
Relationship building
Active listener
Problem-Solving
Customer facing experience is an advantage
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Healthy curiosity, will be a key advantage in this role
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience of working in IT Sector is a plus
