Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with team members to strategise on sales initiatives and share best practices.

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. A customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering exceptional service at all times.
