Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the client's Basingstoke office.
Salary:
19.98 ph to 26.39 ph PAYE depending on experience
Sales Operations Manager
Role:
- Own and manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding
- Develop an exceptional onboarding, and ongoing training experience for all employees
- Co-create and own, all ongoing field education
- Partner with Hub Strategic Events Coordinator and support key yearly engagements
- Provide support to New Learners throughout onboarding process and across levels of training
- Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring all learning plan assignments stay up to date.
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge
- Have extensive experience in leading onboarding and ongoing training activities
- Be a proactive and solutions-oriented professional
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, & adaptability skills
- Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or medical devices would be advantageous
