We're looking for a new team member to join our high-energy, super-social product partnerships team. You'll be the go-to contact for our independent partners, ensuring they stay engaged and supported through exceptional service, retention conversations, and QA activities.

What you'll do:

Be the friendly voice supporting our restaurant and hospitality partners Manage retention, resolve issues, and keep partner relationships strong Carry out QA checks, mystery shops, and outbound calls Log insights, track activity, and collaborate with our growing team

What you'll bring:

Great phone and email skills Confidence handling objections and juggling tasks Positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail A love for teamwork and a passion for people
