Sales Order Processor & Co-Ordinator
Working within a fast moving sales environment the role holder will be responsible for processing computerised customer orders to deadlines and keeping and maintaining accurate order records. The role holder will be required to liaise with our customers and internal departments to effectively resolve their queries.
Working closely with an experienced team, the role holder will efficiently prepare quotations, proposals and tenders for customers to maximize territory opportunities. This will involve providing and checking drawings and quotations, liaising with customers and internal personnel to effectively progress and coordinate the successful delivery of orders from the point of enquiry to close, ensuring delivery of high standards of customer service.
Interested candidates will need to demonstrate sound IT skills, display an organised, methodical and disciplined approach to their work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment is vital, as candidates will need to understand the importance of maintaining accurate customer database records. Confident communicators, the successful applicants will be able to remain calm under pressure and have the desire to deliver excellent standards of customer care.
The role holder will be required to have gained a level 5 or above in maths and english in their GCSE's.
