We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Pipeline Executive to join our team. This is a fast paced role, which requires skills such as: being a self starter and tenacious, strong negotiator and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written skills and good time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
To drive revenue generation and deliver sales targets agreed, through the management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Referrals, Pipeline Management, New Customer, Onboarding, and Lapsed Customer Re-engagement.
Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Maintain proactive customer contact to drive customer tenure and maximise sales potential of each account.
Work alongside Sales Director, Customer Experience Manager (CXM), National Account Manager (NAM), Internal Account Managers (iAM), National Sales Manager (NSM), BDM's to win new business.
Maintain Pipeline CRM Document updated in real time, either MS Office or Hubspot based.
Book new business appointments for BDM's.
Record and maintain data on key KPI's to include Pipeline Landscape, Customer Contacted (weekly), Prospect Added, New Accounts Opened, 1 Orders, Accounts to iAMs, Pipeline to work, GSV (rolling 12mths/weekly).
Requirements:
Experience in a new business telesales environment.
Attention to detail, accuracy and upkeep of company documentation.
Courtesy and competency in communication both internally and externally.
Responsible and diligent attitude.
Timely and effective communication with customers, colleagues and other departments.
Instant Relationship builder.
