Job Description

CheckFire Ltd are seeking an experienced Sales Pipeline Executive to drive revenue generation and deliver sales targets agreed, through the management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Referrals, Pipeline Management, New Customer Onboarding, and Lapsed Customer Re-engagement.

Duties:

Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with customers and Colleagues. Maintain proactive customer contact to drive customer tenure and maximise sales potential of each account. Work alongside Sales Director, Customer Experience Manager (CXM), National Account Manager (NAM), Internal Account Managers (iAM), National Sales Manager (NSM), BDM's to win new business. Once a new account is secured/onboarded, work with NAM, NSM, iAM & BDM as deemed appropriate to ensure ongoing account management. Appointment booking for NSM/BDMs, for new business only Work with Marketing in acquiring MQL's into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Maintain Pipeline CRM Document updated in real time, either MS Office or Hubspot based Win and retain new customers throughout the onboarding period (4 weeks) Book new business appointments for BDM's.

Skills and Experience

Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels of an organisation. Self starter and tenacious Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Calm and courteous manner, even under pressure. Competency with Systems: Excel, Outlook and other web- based platforms Good time management and organisational skills.

Pay: 27,300.00-34,800.00 per year
