Sales Receptionist

to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

This is not just a desk job - we need someone who can combine great customer service with a strong sales drive. You'll be the first face our members and visitors see, so you'll need to bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Selling memberships, personal training packages, and other gym services Providing tours of the facility to potential members Managing front desk operations, including bookings and payments Ensuring reception area and communal spaces remain tidy and welcoming

Requirements

Previous

sales

experience (membership sales preferred) Strong

fitness knowledge

and understanding of gym environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident working towards sales targets Proficient with basic computer systems and booking software Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
