Customer Service:
You have a background in day-to-day admin and customer-facing roles and are comfortable multitasking in a busy setting.
Confident Communicator:
Whether face-to-face or over the phone, you're friendly, approachable, and always ready to help.

Weekend Availability:
Flexibility is essential - you'll work either Saturday or Sunday each week, with one full weekend a month on a rotating schedule.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Receptionist at Hilton Garage, you'll be stationed at the heart of our business - the reception desk. You'll join a team of 7 dedicated professionals, playing a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming onsite visitors and assisting with their enquiries.
Managing a high volume of digital and telephone enquiries each day.
Creating appointments, taking reservations, and processing finance applications.
Achieving targets and earning commission based on your results.
Contributing to the positive, energetic atmosphere our customers and staff love.
