At Perth Self Store we are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. Duties



Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, taking messages or redirecting as necessary Manage appointment scheduling and organise meeting room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organised manner as well rooms if need be. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Support other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as required Ensure security protocols are followed by logging visitors and issuing visitor badges

Requirements



Proven experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Basic IT skills; familiarity with office management software is advantageous Well-presented with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.70-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 27 per week
