This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Rep. You will be responsible for selling Air and Sea freight services to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, nurturing current clientele, managing customer relationships, negotiating pricing, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled to their expectations and contribute to the growth of our business.
Duties
Achieving Sales Targets by seeking and acquiring new customers
Generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential customers to obtain new business at a reasonable profit
Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing leads
O?er solutions and support our customers in good practice and best solutions
Working towards KPIs
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in air and sea freight
Sales and Market development experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding Sales Targets
Knowledge of Import & Export procedures, logistics and current market trends is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary ranging from 24,000 to 26,000 DOE
Structured commission based on sales performance
Experience within the freight industry is an advantage
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
