Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Sales & The Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team at Sketch.

The role reports to the CEO and is on site from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00. Additional attendance to Creative and Sales events will also be required.

Earnings for the role starts at 40,000 per year and is negotiable depending on experience.

The role of Sales & Reservations Manager

The Sales & Reservations Manager will be responsible for the Reservations team and duties, taking care of external calls and emails, and giving an amazing first experience.

The Sales & Reservations Manager will be proposing ways to increase Sales / bookings in all our outlets through various means and provide analysis of business levels and competitors. The candidate must have a good knowledge of central London restaurant scene and third-party companies and people that can make an impact on the level of reservations.

The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English (written and verbal), excellent customer service and selling skills as well as a proven track record of training and maintaining high standards and high spirits in a team. The candidate must also be fully knowledgeable with the 7Rooms booking platform.

Previous experience in a Restaurant Reservations environment is essential, a bubbly personality and exceptional communication skills are also a requirement.
